The Campbelldon Tennis Arc sends Twilight on a mission alongside his fellow WISE agent Fiona Frost, codenamed Nightfall, who harbors intense secret feelings for him. Fiona briefs Loid on the assignment, to acquire a painting titled Lady In The Sun from the eccentric art collector Cavi Campbell before the Ostanian government can. The painting once belonged to Ostanian Colonel Erik Zacharis and is connected to the so-called Zacharis Dossier, rumored to contain documents explosive enough to reignite war between the nations. Campbell awards items from his collection only to victors of his exclusive underground tennis tournament, the Campbelldon, so the agents must compete to claim the prize. Disguised as a married couple under the aliases Twain and Nafalia Foney, Loid and Fiona enter the tournament and advance by defeating skilled opponents, including ex-professional players. The arc generates comedy from Fiona imagining herself as Loid's ideal wife and contrasting her cold efficiency against Yor, while the high-stakes matches test the agents' endurance and teamwork. Their partnership drives the mission toward securing the painting and the sensitive intelligence tied to it, expanding the series' espionage stakes beyond the school setting and showcasing Twilight's versatility in the field.
