The World Domination Arc is the largest and most action-driven saga in the series, escalating the conflict with Claw to a global scale. The organization's true leader, Toichiro Suzuki, reveals his ambition to conquer the world, convinced that overwhelming psychic power places him above all laws and morality. He commands the Ultimate 5, an elite group of extraordinarily strong espers, and mobilizes Claw's forces to seize a city as the first step toward domination. Mob is joined by Reigen, Ritsu, Teru, Dimple, Toichiro's defected son Sho, and a coalition of former enemies in a desperate stand. The arc features the franchise's most spectacular battles, culminating in a devastating clash between Mob's 100% Kindness state and Toichiro's overwhelming power. The cataclysm accidentally seeds a colossal broccoli plant, the Divine Tree, that towers over the city.
